    • Urgent & Important: Do these immediately (e.g., critical deadlines).
    • Important but Not Urgent: Schedule these (e.g., long-term projects, planning). This is where you gain the most control over your time.
    • Urgent but Not Important: Delegate these if possible (e.g., some emails, interruptions).
    • Not Urgent & Not Important: Eliminate these (e.g., excessive social media, unnecessary meetings).

2. Plan Your Day in Advance:

  • Create a to-do list: Write down everything you need to accomplish.
  • Schedule your tasks: Allocate specific time blocks for different activities. This can be done daily, weekly, or monthly depending on your needs.
