I am the EU citizen with almost 20 years of experience in secondary and higher business education in both public and private sectors.
Currently living with my wife and our two adorable children in China where I teach Business Management and Economics at K-12 international schools.
Professionally, I am experienced Lecturer and Researcher in Business Management, Head of Business and Economics and IB Examiner for DP Business Management at International Baccalaureate (IB).
My areas of expertise include Business Management (Marketing, Finance, Human Resources (HR), Operations and Strategy) and Economics (Microeconomics and Macroeconomics).
Privately, I enjoy reading business books, personal finance, investing and outdoor sport. I also run a vlog Nie Te Chiny about my family life.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My approach to building this website relies upon three areas that I specialize in such as business education, business management and business journalism.
1. BUSINESS EDUCATION
I have worked in business education industry my entire adult life having a successful professional career with strong-track record teaching at international schools in China. Specifically, I specialize in teaching IBDP Business Management, Cambridge AS and A Level Business Studies, and Cambridge IGCSE Business Studies at K-12 international schools in China. I am multi-certified by both International Baccalaureate (IB) and University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) for teaching all major business curricula offered at K-12 international schools around the world. I also hold Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (Distinction) from University of Cambridge.
2. BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
I work as the Head of Business and Economics Department. My wife’s work experience includes working as Sales & Business Development Director at the high-technology European company. I also work part-time as IB Examiner for DP Business Management at International Baccalaureate (IB) successfully supporting IBDP School Authorization Process and IB 5-Year Review at a current and previous schools. My past experience includes teaching and research in the area of international marketing, corporate training and business-education-teaching methodology in the global context.
3. BUSINESS JOURNALISM
I earned my master’s degree in business Journalism and Communication from Tsinghua University, hold double bachelor’s degree (Honors) in Business Administration from National-Louis University and in Management from Wyższa Szkoła Biznesu – National-Louis University, as well as graduate diploma in Global Business Journalism from Tsinghua University in collaboration with International Center for Journalists (ICFJ). As the business author, my news articles on international education, business education and business management were published in both international and local media including China Daily, Warsaw Business Journal and Polish-Chinese Chamber of Industry and Commerce. I also served at The Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Poland as External Expert for National Foresight Programme ‘Poland 2020’ aiming to set out the paths of scientific research and development for the acceleration of social and economic growth.
RATIONALE BEHIND THIS WEBSITE
I treat this online project as a way to share my business knowledge with all the people around the world who have limited access to business education. Also, to leave a legacy for my children to help them with knowledge of managing a business by themselves and being aware of how businesses are managed by others.

The two main reasons that drove me personally to start Super Business Manager is the desire for this website to be:
1. HUB where I can bring together in one place all of my lifetime activities and experiences in business management, business consulting, business education, business journalism, business publishing and personal finance. These areas are my core competencies.
2. ECONOMIC ENGINE to realize strategic goals of my family in the long-term perspective.

My primary goal for the next couple of years is to grow my family’s Net Worth (or Wealth) exponentially by increasing earnings, maximizing savings and responsible investing. Here are more details how I am going to achieve that:
Ultimately, I plan to develop four income streams that will provide my family with decent monthly passive income. They will include rental real estate, bank deposits, my own online business and stock dividends. This is in addition to any full-time jobs or part-time jobs.
